White Rann Resort in Rann Utsav, Kutch, followed by Tent City Narmada, Statue of Unity,

Praveg Beach Resort Daman. Today, the Company has established itself as a trendsetter in

the Hospitality Sector, efficiently handling multiple large-scale Government and private

projects. Our Corporate office is based at Ahmedabad.

We are looking for Tender Executive for our Corporate Office Ahmedabad

Responsibilities



The candidate should be able to search Tenders from various tender portals.

 Study of Tender Documents & preparing the Summary for review.

 Participating in all open/Limited Tenders, Preparation of proposals, and Preparation

to completion of pre-Qualification criteria of the tender.

 Good knowledge of Computer with a good know how MS Office & Java.

 Must be conversant in using all the government Tendering portals & should have

experience of using the digital signature & Uploading the Tender online/manually

before the bid submission date.

 Allocation of tenders to sales resources and Maintain Updated Data in Excel sheet.

 The candidate should be able to create tender documents and manage the tender

database.

 Tender discussion with technical & Financial team and co-ordinate according to the

requirements of the tender

 Should be able to speak to OEMs for product specifications and pricing.

 To coordinate, prepare and compile bid submission documents in relation to

tendering/bidding activities, tender questionnaires and pre-qualifications;

 To organize and harness the efforts of all involved departments relating to

tendering/bidding activities and contract review;

 To coordinate customer’s bid requirements within the various departments such as

planning, QA/QC, HSE, Engineering, Production, etc., collate and compile all queries

and requests for additional information for communication to customers;

 To assist commercial department in cultivating good relationship with existing and

potential associates/customers;

 To vet through incoming tenders and to note down tender due date, project start

and end date, tender submission instructions/requirement and mode of submission;

 To collate tender information and references from various sources such as online

search engines, industry and market intelligence data etc., which are needed for

submission;

 To monitor and ensure that tender submission due dates are strictly adhered to,

including the checking, binding, packing and preparation of outgoing submissions;

 To ensure that tender submissions are standardized in terms of format, font, logo,

etc. and in line with customer’s tender requirements.

REQUIREMENTS:

 Degree/Diploma in a Technical Discipline

 Familiar with Tendering Process and with prior experience.

 Minimum 2 yrs of Relevant Experience.

 Any Graduate

 Advance knowledge of Microsoft Words & Excel
