Tender Executive – HVAC Bidding (GeM & eTender Portals)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Tender Executive to manage and execute bidding activities for HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) projects on Government e-Marketplace (GeM) and eTender portals. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in tender documentation, online bidding, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and compliant submissions

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify relevant HVAC tenders on GeM and eTender portals and assess eligibility criteria.
• Prepare and submit bids in accordance with tender specifications and deadlines.
• Coordinate with technical and commercial teams to gather required documentation and pricing.
• Maintain and update tender tracking sheets and bid status reports.
• Ensure compliance with government procurement guidelines and portal-specific requirements
• Liaise with government departments and clients for pre-bid meetings, clarifications, and follow-ups.
• Monitor tender amendments, corrigenda, and respond accordingly.
• Handle post-bid activities including documentation, negotiation, and contract finalization.
• Maintain organized records of submitted tenders, awarded contracts, and correspondence
• Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in tendering, preferably in HVAC or MEP sectors.
• Proficiency in GeM and eTender portals is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems and project requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document management Preferred Attributes:
• Experience in government procurement processes.
• Familiarity with CPWD, MES, or PSU tendering norms.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and BOQs.
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,504.95 - ₹41,005.18 per month
