Key Responsibility.
o Tender Search Bid Preparation - Technical Price Bid.
o E - tendering / E - Bidding / Reverse Auctions / Live Auctions.
o Prepare all tender documents in the specific formats related to the bid.
o Submit the documents in stipulated time limits as mentioned in NIT of tenders.
o Coordinate with the respective dept. for document procurement in process of tenders.
o Reporting bidding status online / offline on daily basis.
o Preparing Datasheet maintaining records on regular basis.
o Follow up with Vendors / OEM's / departments / clients.
o MIS Report preparation / competitive bidders comparison sheet.
o Collection of EMD / coordinate with accounts department for EMD / TENDER FEE.
o PROCUREMENT of EMD / post tendering works.
o Vendor Registration for Limited tenders.
o Back end support to Accounts Recovery.
o Tracking status of Tenders offers.
o Well versed with document controlling.
o Excel, Word, PPT, MIS Report.
