Tender Executive

Skills & Competencies:

• In-depth knowledge of the GeM portal and tendering processes.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and documentation skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and online portals.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines with attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:Tender Management:

• Identify and track tenders through government portals, PSU websites, and other procurement channels.
• Analyze eligibility criteria, scope of work, and prepare technical and financial documents.
• Coordinate with internal teams (finance, operations, legal, technical) for bid preparation.
• Ensure timely submission of tenders (online/offline) and maintain proper documentation.
• Follow up with authorities for updates and results on submitted bids.

GeM Portal Management:

• Manage company registration, profile updating, and compliance on the GeM portal.
• Upload, update, and manage product/service listings with accurate descriptions, specifications, and pricing.
• Handle GeM tenders, bids, Reverse Auctions (RA), and ensure timely participation.
• Process GeM orders, generate invoices, track payments, and ensure smooth order execution.
• Ensure compliance with GeM rules, regulations, and policies.
• Maintain proper records of all GeM-related activities and transactions.

Coordination & Reporting:

• Act as a point of contact between the company and government procurement officials.
• Prepare regular MIS reports on tender participation, GeM sales, bid status, and success rates.
• Maintain updated knowledge of procurement policies, amendments, and government circulars.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
