Key Responsibilities:
Identify and monitor government/private tenders relevant to the company’s products/services.
Study tender documents and coordinate with internal teams to gather required inputs.
Prepare technical and commercial proposals, BOQs, and required documents for submission.
Follow up with clients, consultants, and contractors for tender updates or clarifications.
Manage online tender portals such as GEM, CPPP, E-procurement, etc.
Maintain records of submitted tenders and track status.
Assist the sales team in client interactions and negotiations when required.
Maintain excellent relations with existing clients and support new business development.
