Full Knowledge of how to find E - Tenders & Tender, Government Tender, Private Party Tender.

· Tender Search And Download As Per Material Category From Various Website.

· Checking For EMD / Exemption And Tender Fees also applying for refunds time to time.

· Analyzing the tenders and shortlisting the Pre-Qualification Criteria.

· Preparing Documents As Per Prequalification criteria And Tender Requirement.

· Verifying Documents With Tender Department Head.

· After Approval And Sign, Scanning And Uploading The Tender Online And Submitting .

· Checking Status Of Bid After Date Of Bid Opening.

· Handling Queries Related To Tender Documents.

· Preparing Bank Guarantee for Security Deposit And Forwarding To Accounts Department and getting them finalised for submission.

· Follow Ups For Payment of the tenders participated.

· Full Knowledge of GEM Portal.

Qualification : Diploma in Textiles, Graduate.

Should have strong knowledge of Tendering into Textiles.

Immediate joiners preferred.

Salary : Depends on his/ her experience (30k – 40k)
