Tender Engineer

Role & responsibilities

Surveying, Drafting, Designing, Engineering, Costing & Estimation, Budgeting, offer preparations, tendering, Prebid & Bid supporting, Technical support to Sales team - for Booking the orders for Turnkey Centralized HVAC system (both Hiside & lowside)

including Chillers & Chilled water system, VRF system, Ventilation system, Air washers, dehumidifiers, Scrubbers, etc

Also supporting the manufacturing plant for designing & budgeting

RFQ management, Vendor sourcing & management, Price negotiation , etc

Responsible for timely submission of Offers / tenders

All tender terms and conditions to be complied to

Preferred candidate profile

experienced & Sound knowledge on HVAC, MEP and Govt Projects' Design, costing & estimation

Good communication skills

Having good experience on costing & estimation patterns

Having good Job knowledge and methodology of bidding procedures

Ready to travel to other projects for site inspection,, meetings & for all important client meetings, etc. whenever required

Having two wheeler for the local travelling ( official travel cost will be refunded)

having good contacts with more relevant suppliers in HVAC industry

Having Autocad knowledge is prreferred
