- Study Tender documents, prepare prep bid points and Pre-qualification criteria for water supply projects,
- Doing feasibility assessment and Site inspection,
- Coordination with vendors and Purchase team for collection of quotations for major items,
- Coordination with technical team for project planning and monitoring,
- Prepare Rate Analysis and Estimation for new and ongoing projects,
- Preparation of measurement sheets with reference to drawings, specifications and design assumptions in concern with design team,
- Preparation of Detailed BOQ as per tender specifications,
- Preparation of comparative statement and reviewing tender Vs Actual quantities,
- Preparation running bills for department and contractor, check with BOQ and work order
- Follow company procedure for tender working and maintain proper documentation - Technical and Commercial,
- Government Correspondence documentation,
- Review Government Regulations related to project,
- Involvement in whole tendering process, From downloading to final online submission and further follow up,
- Preparation of Project Planning and MIS Report,
