Job Description

Experience: 2–5 years
Education: B.E./Diploma (Civil/Electrical/Instrumentation)

Responsibilities

Deep analysis of NIT, PQ conditions, BOQ & drawings
Preparation of DPRs (technical chapters, layouts, cost heads, environmental & safety sections as applicable)
Prepare, compile, format, and verify tender documentation
e-Tender submission, bid security management, grievances & corrigendum tracking
Prepare vendor qualification files, affidavits, MoUs, certificates
Visit departments (if needed) for document follow-ups
Maintain automated tracker for all submissions & results

Skills

EPC procurement norms & digital portal submission
Strong documentation skills & legal compliance awareness
Good drafting capability in technical English & Hindi

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹12,154.95 - ₹39,343.95 per month
