ABOUT THE COMPANY:

JOB DESCRIPTION:

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Good understanding of tendering processes and documentation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Sheets).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Certification or training in tender management or procurement is a plus (optional).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate pre-tender activities, including collecting technical and commercial inputs from internal teams.
  • Prepare, review, and compile required tender documentation.
  • Upload and manage bids on e-tendering platforms such as GeM, CPPP, state portals, and other online procurement sites.
  • Attend pre-tender meetings at client sites.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, OEMs, and internal departments for documentation support.
  • Maintain the tender database and assist in generating MIS/reports.

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:

  • Graduate in a technical discipline (BCA / BSc Electronics / Engineering preferred).
  • Experience in e-tendering is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and PDF tools.
  • Familiarity with online tender portals (GeM, CPPP, etc.).
  • Strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
