Job Description

You will be responsible for reviewing and reconciling invoices to ensure accuracy, collaborating closely with Third Party Vendors or key Collaborators for any queries. You will also manage billing queries and address any critical issues that arise. Additionally, you will handle additional reconciliation processes to efficiently manage inventory and billing. Keeping inventory up to date and participating in inventory clean-up activities will be part of your role. You will attend regular or adhoc calls with Third Party Vendors or key Collaborators to resolve any issues that may arise. It will be your responsibility to review and prepare process documents when necessary. You will also support the team in migrating to a new TEM Provider and undertake any other adhoc tasks as requested by the People Leader. The key skills required for this role include having 3 years of Telecoms Expense Management experience, with knowledge of inventory and billing. Analytical skills, attention to detail, and clear communication abilities, both written and oral, are essential for this position.
