🔹 Position: Telugu Customer Support Executive
🔹 Location: On-site – Noida, Sector 16
🔹 Experience: 0–2 years
🔹 Language Requirement: Fluent in Telugu + Basic Hindi/English
*Handle inbound and outbound customer support calls in Telugu.
*Resolve product-related queries and guide customers on GPS tracking system usage.
*Provide prompt and accurate information to ensure high customer satisfaction.
*Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and escalations.
*Excellent communication skills in Telugu (spoken and comprehension).
*Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
*Undergraduate or Graduate.
