Job Title : Telecaller / Telesales Executive Location : Bishnupur, Guwahati Job Type : Full-time Industry : Manufacturing Plant Salary : 10000 -12000 per month Job Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to contribute to generating sales/leads for our company. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining our products/services, and maintaining good customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective customers. Share information about products/services and respond to queries. Follow up on leads and conduct cold calling for new customer acquisition. Maintain and update customer records in system. Work closely with the sales and marketing team to optimize calling strategies. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum qualification: Graduate (as applicable). Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar role is a plus. Excellent communication skills in [English/Hindi/Regional languages]. Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel,Word,Outlook). Ability to work under pressure and meet targets. Preferred Qualifications (Optional): Prior experience in telesales or customer service.
