Telly calling

We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Calling Executive (Telecaller) to handle inbound and outbound calls, interact with clients, explain services, and schedule appointments. The candidate should have good communication skills and a polite, professional attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and follow up on inquiries
• Handle inbound calls and provide accurate information about services
• Schedule appointments and maintain call records
• Follow up with existing clients for updates and feedback
• Maintain confidentiality and professional conduct
• Achieve daily/weekly calling targets

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 12th pass
• Good communication skills in Hindi & basic English
• Polite, convincing, and customer-friendly personality
• Basic knowledge of calling software / MS Excel (preferred)
• Freshers can apply;

Working Hours:

• 4-5 hours per day (Flexible timing)
