About the Role

We are looking for a Telecaller who will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, generating leads, maintaining customer relationships, and providing information about our products/services. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a customer-friendly attitude.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products/services.
• Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries efficiently.
• Generate leads and maintain a proper database of customer information.
• Follow up with interested customers and schedule meetings/appointments.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets assigned by the team lead.
• Maintain a positive relationship with customers to ensure repeat business.

Requirements & Skills

✅ Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
✅ Prior experience in telecalling/customer service/sales (preferred but not mandatory)✅ Good communication skills in Hindi/English (or regional language as per requirement)✅ Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools✅ Persuasive speaking skills and patience while handling customers✅ Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
