Job Overview: We are looking for dynamic, empathetic, and persuasive Telly Callers who can connect with leads, explain our programs, handle queries, and assist clients in booking their first clarity or life audit sessions. You will be the first point of contact for our prospects, helping them take the first step towards transformation. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to leads generated through campaigns, ads, and inquiries. Explain our healing and coaching programs . Build rapport and trust with prospects while addressing their pain points. Schedule life audit calls, clarity sessions, Follow up with interested leads through WhatsApp and calls to ensure conversion. Maintain records of calls and client interactions. Achieve weekly and monthly targets for calls and conversions. Skills & Qualifications: Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (spoken and written). Good listening skills and emotional sensitivity to handle vulnerable clients. Prior experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service preferred. Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, and Zoom preferred. Positive attitude, patience, and the ability to work independently.
