Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers from the given database/leads.
Explain the products or services offered by the company.
Follow up with interested prospects and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Handle inbound customer queries and provide relevant information.
Record customer information and maintain detailed call logs.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets as set by the team lead or manager.
Provide feedback on customer responses and suggest improvements.
Maintain professionalism and adhere to company calling scripts.
Minimum qualification: [10th/12th pass or Graduate depending on role].
Proven experience as a telecaller or similar role (preferred but not mandatory).
Excellent verbal communication skills in [English / Hindi / Regional language].
Ability to handle rejections and remain calm under pressure.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).
Good listening and negotiation skills.
Positive attitude and team spirit.
Experience in [Sales / Customer Service / Collections / BPO].
Multilingual capabilities.
Familiarity with CRM software.
