Telli Caller

• Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from the given database/leads.

• Explain the products or services offered by the company.

• Follow up with interested prospects and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

• Handle inbound customer queries and provide relevant information.

• Record customer information and maintain detailed call logs.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets as set by the team lead or manager.

• Provide feedback on customer responses and suggest improvements.

• Maintain professionalism and adhere to company calling scripts.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: [10th/12th pass or Graduate depending on role].

• Proven experience as a telecaller or similar role (preferred but not mandatory).

• Excellent verbal communication skills in [English / Hindi / Regional language].

• Ability to handle rejections and remain calm under pressure.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).

• Good listening and negotiation skills.

• Positive attitude and team spirit.
