We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecom Executives (Female Candidates Only) in Ahmedabad to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are passionate about communication, sales, and customer engagement.

Job Role & Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally.
• Explain products and services clearly and confidently.
• Maintain client data and update CRM systems regularly.
• Resolve queries and escalate complex issues when needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Female candidates only (for internal diversity hiring initiative).
• Freshers welcome – training will be provided.
• 0 to 1 year of experience in telecom/BPO/customer support/sales preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in [e.g., Hindi & English].
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, data entry).
• Positive attitude, patience, and eagerness to learn.
• Able to work in a team and independently.
