Tellecaller

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Telecaller to join our growing healthcare brand. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, promoting our healthcare products, and driving sales through effective communication and persuasion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads and pitch relevant healthcare products.
• Handle inbound calls from existing or interested customers and provide detailed product information.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products to enhance their health and well-being.
• Follow up on previous leads and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and report performance to the supervisor.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, conversions, and feedback in CRM systems.
• Resolve customer queries in a professional manner and escalate issues when necessary.
• Stay updated with product knowledge and healthcare industry trends.

Key Skills:

• Strong verbal communication and persuasive skills in Hindi and English.
• Confidence and clarity in voice with a positive attitude.
• Ability to handle rejections and objections professionally.
• Sales-oriented mindset with a passion for helping people.
• Basic knowledge of healthcare or wellness products is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,052.08 - ₹43,472.32 per month
