Lead Generation – Call leads from campaigns, referrals, or online, and convert them.
Database Management – Maintain customer details, history, and preferences in system/CRM.
Follow-Up Calls – Call after services, take feedback, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Telemarketing – Run campaigns to promote discounts, offers, and events.
Appointment Reminders – Call to remind clients of their bookings to avoid no-shows.
Market Research – Collect feedback, note trends, and share improvement ideas.
Admin Support – Help with data entry, reports, and coordination with salon team.
