Tellecaller

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers from the leads database.
• Explain the company’s interior design services, offerings, and packages clearly and professionally.
• Generate interest in services and schedule appointments for the design team.
• Follow up on leads and maintain a database of customer information.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
• Maintain call logs and provide daily/weekly reports.
• Coordinate with the sales and design teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
• Prior experience in tele calling, customer service, or sales preferred (especially in interior design or real estate industry).
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
• Friendly, energetic, and professional demeanor
