Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads.
• Explain and promote travel packages (domestic and international) clearly and effectively.
• Handle customer inquiries, provide detailed information, and follow up regularly.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and update CRM databases.
• Meet daily/weekly targets for calls and conversions.
• Coordinate with the sales and operations team for closing bookings.
• Build positive relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months to 2 years of telecalling or telesales experience (preferably in travel or hospitality).
• Females candidates are preferred.
• Immediate joiner needed.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Basic knowledge of travel destinations, packages, and travel processes.
• Goal-oriented with the ability to handle pressure.
• Proficiency in using MS Office and basic CRM tools.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum Education:
• 12th Pass (HSC) or
• Graduate in any stream (preferred: Tourism, Hospitality, Marketing, or Business)
• Experience:
• 6 months to 2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service
• Experience in the travel industry is an added advantage
• Language Proficiency:
• Fluent in English and Hindi (any regional language is a plus)
• Computer Skills:
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
• Familiarity with CRM tools or booking portals is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
