About the Role

Destek Infosolutions is seeking a dynamic Telecaller to join our team in Pune. As a key player in our customer outreach and lead generation efforts, you’ll engage with potential and existing clients over the phone, effectively promoting our services and building meaningful relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to introduce products and services, generate interest, and support sales objectives.
• Handle inbound inquiries and assist with customer questions or concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions, including customer details and outcomes, using CRM tools or internal systems.
• Follow and adapt call scripts based on customer responses to maintain consistency and efficacy.
• Follow up with leads, handle objections constructively, and nurture client relationships.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling or sales targets collaboratively with the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 6 months to 1 year in telecalling, customer service, or related roles.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in any field is a plus.
• Communication: Clear, engaging verbal communication with active listening and adaptability.
• Sales Acumen: Ability to persuade, negotiate, and handle rejection with composure.
• Computer Literacy: Proficient with CRM systems, MS Office, and accurate data entry.
• Soft Skills: Problem-solving, resilience, organization, multitasking, and customer empathy.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
