About Us

Armalite Energy Solutions is a leading company in the solar industry, providing high-quality renewable energy solutions across Kerala. We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Telecaller with experience in the solar field to join our Marketing & Sales team.

Job Summary

The Telecaller will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers, explaining solar products and services, generating leads, and ensuring smooth client follow-ups for successful conversion.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to explain solar products and services.
• Maintain and update the lead database and follow up to ensure lead conversion.
• Provide accurate product information, pricing, and benefits to customers.
• Handle inquiries professionally and escalate complex issues to relevant departments.
• Record call details, feedback, and follow-up actions in CRM or reporting tools.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to achieve monthly sales targets.

Requirements

• Minimum Qualification: Graduate.
• Experience in solar field (preferred).
• Good communication skills in English & Malayalam.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
• Prior experience in telecalling / customer service / sales is an advantage.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹15,000 per month (Negotiable for experienced candidates).
• Incentives based on performance.
• Training provided for product knowledge and communication skills.
