Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller located in Delhi, India. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, answering inbound inquiries, providing detailed information about our services, handling customer complaints, maintaining customer databases, and generating sales leads. The Telecaller will also be responsible for meeting daily and monthly call targets and providing feedback on customer interactions.
