Urban Options is a leading name in furniture and lifestyle solutions, offering a versatile range of premium furniture. We are expanding our sales team and looking for a Female, motivated Digital Marketing Executive and Telecaller to join us.

Position: Executive- Digital Marketing – Furniture Sales

Type: Full-time

Experience: Female with 1+ year experience in Digital Marketing, telecalling, or sales (furniture sales experience preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and dealerships.
• Explain product features, benefits, and pricing.
• Follow up with interested leads and maintain a customer digital database.
• Schedule showroom visits for prospective clients.
• Coordinate with the sales team for order closures.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication skills (Hindi & basic English).
• Persuasive selling ability and confident phone presence.
• Basic knowledge of furniture products & trends.
• Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with MS Excel / CRM tools (added advantage).
