Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain our products/services.
• Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information.
• Generate and qualify leads for databases, SaaS subscriptions, listings, and e-commerce services.
• Maintain client follow-ups via calls, WhatsApp, and email.
• Meet daily & monthly call/lead targets.
• Record customer details in CRM/software.

Requirements

• Education: 12th Pass or above (Graduates preferred).
• Languages: Fluency in Hindi & English (additional regional languages are a plus).
• Good communication & persuasion skills.
• Confidence in handling customer objections.
• Prior telesales / telecaller / BPO experience preferred (freshers can also apply).

Job Type & Salary

• Full-Time | Onsite (Newtown, Kolkata)
• Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month (based on experience)
