Job Summary

Generate sales through inbound and outbound calls for IT hardware products and consumables, including printers, cartridges, inks, toners, peripherals, and related office IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make high-volume outbound and inbound sales calls to potential and existing customers.
  • Understand customer IT and office requirements and recommend suitable IT hardware, peripherals, and consumables.
  • Promote products such as printers, printer consumables, accessories, and related hardware solutions.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and leads to convert them into confirmed orders.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer support.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of tele-sales experience (B2B/B2C), preferably in IT hardware, electronics, office automation, or related industries.
  • Strong communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.
  • Target-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive attitude.
  • Basic working knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
  • Ability to understand technical product basics and explain them clearly to customers.

Note

Occasional travel to client sites or meetings may be required
