As a Tele Sales Executive proficient in Tamil and Telugu, your role involves making outbound calls to both potential and existing customers. You will be responsible for explaining the company's products or services clearly and convincingly, understanding customer needs, and suggesting appropriate solutions or offers. Your goal will be to meet or exceed assigned sales targets on a daily/monthly basis. Additionally, you are required to maintain call records, update customer details in the CRM system, follow up with interested or previously contacted customers, handle objections, and convert leads into successful sales. Your primary focus will be on providing accurate information and ensuring excellent customer service.
