We are seeking a high-performing Senior Telesales Executive or Telesales Team Lead to drive order conversions by reaching out to customers who have added items to their cart but havent placed the order. This role is ideal for someone who is target-driven, thrives in a fast-paced sales environment, and has the hunger to convert intent into action . You will also help build structure, coach juniors (if needed), and collaborate closely with internal teams to improve customer experience and drive revenue. Key Responsibilities: Handle outbound calls to recover abandoned carts and convert them into confirmed orders. Drive sales targets aggressively and independently; maintain daily performance metrics. Identify patterns in customer objections and recommend solutions, discounts, or alternate products. Create and optimize call scripts, follow-up strategies, and conversion workflows. Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare daily/weekly reports. Work closely with the marketing and product teams to improve the purchase journey. Coach and mentor junior telesales team members (if applicable). What Were Looking For: Minimum 3 years of telesales/inside sales experience, preferably in e-commerce, retail, or B2C industries. Proven ability to close high volumes. Excellent communication in Hindi and English . Familiarity with CRMs, Google Sheets, and structured reporting. Strong understanding of customer psychology and objection handling . Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a high-pressure environment.
