Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Telesales Team Lead to join our team at Volitionsphere IT Services LLP. This is a full-time, mid-level position based in Gurgaon, requiring a minimum of 4 years to a maximum of 7 years of experience. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing telesales operations and ensuring team success.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in telesales with a strong track record of achieving sales goals and objectives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Minimum work experience of 4 years in a BPO setting, demonstrating proficiency in customer interaction and support.
  • Expertise in telecalling (Mandatory skill) with the ability to guide and train team members in effective sales techniques.
  • Strong knowledge of voice processes (Mandatory skill) to optimize communication strategies and enhance customer experience.
  • Experience working in a Domestic BPO environment (Mandatory skill) with insights into local customer needs and behaviors.
  • Skilled in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) operations, with the ability to streamline processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages professional growth and development.
  • Solid skills in customer retention strategies to maintain long-term relationships and increase customer loyalty.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of telesales representatives, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective telesales strategies to boost sales performance and expand market reach.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, maintaining a high standard of customer service and satisfaction.
  • Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and drive strategic decision-making.
  • Conduct regular training sessions for team members to improve their product knowledge and sales skills.
