Job Summary:

We are hiring Telesales Executives for a US-based auto parts process (Advance Auto Parts). Ideal candidates will have a background in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering and excellent communication skills to handle outbound sales calls for vehicle part inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle outbound telesales calls for US customers
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable auto parts
• Explain product specifications, pricing, and compatibility
• Build rapport and close sales professionally
• Maintain sales and call records in CRM tools
• Work in night shifts aligned to US business hours
• Promote products/services and convert leads
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
• Maintain call logs and follow-ups professionally

Candidate Profile:

• Education: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering (Preferred)
• Experience: Candidates with prior US/International BPO or voice process experience.

Skills:

• Excellent spoken English
• Basic understanding of auto components (brakes, engines, alternators, etc.)
• Sales-driven mindset
• Basic computer knowledge
• Willingness to work night shifts
