About the Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Specialist with a passion for sales and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 months of proven experience in sales and the confidence to convert conversations into successful deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote our tiles & sanitaryware products.
• Understand customer needs and provide suitable product recommendations.
• Convert leads into sales and achieve monthly targets.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow up regularly.
• Handle queries and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with the sales and operations team for smooth order processing.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of sales experience (telesales/telecalling preferred).
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and positive attitude.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM).
• Female candidates only.

Education: Minimum 12th pass / Graduate (any stream).

Salary & Benefits:

• ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (depending on experience).
• Attractive performance-based incentives.
