Interacting via various channels, such as live chat, emails, social media and direct calls Modifying sales pitches in response to customer demand Acquiring and retaining contact information databases Put forward suggestions in accordance with the requirements of the consumer Ensure a smooth procedure for the consumer by transferring windows of opportunity to the appropriate department for further action. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and properties for sale. Actively prospect and generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, and social media. Schedule and conduct property viewings for interested buyers or tenants. Assist clients in the buying, selling, or renting process by providing relevant information and guidance. Negotiate terms and conditions of property transactions to ensure favorable outcomes for both parties. Prepare and review contracts and other legal documents related to real estate transactions. Maintain accurate records of properties, clients, and transactions.
