Liasoning Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with government authorities, municipal corporations, and land departments to obtain necessary approvals, permits, and clearances for real estate projects.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and central government regulations, including land acquisition, zoning, environmental clearances, and construction norms.
• Maintain strong relationships with regulatory bodies, legal firms, and consultants.
• Handle documentation related to land acquisition, title deeds, legal agreements, and other compliance requirements.
• Represent the company in legal matters, negotiations, and regulatory hearings.
• Monitor changes in real estate laws, regulations, and policies, ensuring the company stays compliant.
• Liaise with government officials, contractors etc.
• Prepare reports and maintain records related to approvals, licenses, and regulatory interactions.

Requirements:

• Candidate should be B.E Civil/ Architect with minimum 5 years of experience in Liaisoning in the real estate industry.
• Excellent in communication with Govt. authorities.
• Proven experience in project sanctioning.
• Proficient with software like Auto CAD, MS Office etc.
• Strong knowledge of Maharashtra real estate laws (UDCPR), land acquisition processes, RERA, environmental regulations, and municipal policies.
