Job Summary:

We are hiring female telecalling representatives for our US outbound campaigns. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, confident in handling outbound calls, and skilled in building rapport with US-based clients. This role requires excellent communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work during night shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to US-based individuals as per campaign requirements.
• Educate potential clients about the nature of the campaign and qualify leads as per the script.
• Maintain call quality, professionalism, and adherence to compliance.
• Update CRM systems and maintain accurate records of each interaction.
• Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets.
• Follow up with potential leads as needed.

Requirements:

• Gender: Female candidates only (as per role requirement).
• Experience: 6 months – 2 years in US process / international voice process preferred. Freshers with excellent communication are encouraged to apply as well.
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Comfortable working night shifts (US Time Zones).
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to manage call logs/CRM entries.
• Ability to work independently and meet performance metrics
