Telesales Representative

Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and persuasive Tele Sales Executive to generate leads, qualify prospects, and convert inquiries into sales. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a results-driven approach to achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate qualified leads.
• Explain company services, project offerings, and benefits clearly and convincingly.
• Maintain and update customer databases (CRM).
• Follow up on leads through calls, emails, and WhatsApp to close sales.
• Schedule appointments for sales team/site visits.
• Achieve monthly lead and conversion targets.
• Handle customer queries professionally and ensure excellent customer experience.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in tele sales, inside sales, or customer service.
• Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and experience with CRM tools.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and confident.
• Preferably from interiors, real estate, or service industry background.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
