Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Representative located in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Telesales Representative will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining our services and products, handling customer inquiries, and closing sales deals. The role also involves maintaining customer relationships and records, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with the sales team to improve strategies and processes.

Probation : 45 days.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service skills.
• Freshers are welcome.
• Experience in Customer Support and Sales.
• Capability in training and providing product information effectively
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build customer relationships
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Previous experience in tele sales or related work is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• High school pass out are welcome.
