Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Architect & Interior Designer located in Kolkata. The role involves overseeing architectural projects from concept to completion, ensuring that the final designs meet client specifications. Day-to-day tasks include creating detailed architectural designs, developing project timelines, managing project budgets, collaborating with construction teams, and ensuring seamless integration of software tools in the design process.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Interior and Architectural Design
• Experience in Project Management and managing project timelines and budgets
• Proficiency in AutoCad, 3D Max, Sketchup and other relevant softwares.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work on-site in Kolkata.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field
• Experience in quality construction and creative interior design is a plus.
• 1+ years of experience.
