Job Responsibilities;-

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.

Good knowledge of the Ms Excel.

Expanding the customer base by up selling & cross selling of product.

Respond to customer queries across multiple channels (email, phone, in-person).

Attending inbounds and Outbounds calls

* should have knowledge of all financial Product i.e. Fixed Deposit, Mutual funds, Bonds ,insurance etc

* Expanding the customer base by up selling & cross selling of product

* Resolving customer complaint quickly & efficiently

* Keeping the customer updated on the latest product in order to increase sales

* Query Handling & Problem solving

Experience: - Minimum 1 year experience, Fresher also apply.

Salary: - (Salary is not the constraint for the deserving candidate)
