Responsibilities

* Deliver clear, engaging, and simplified training on -

Life insurance and its types (term, ULIP, endowment)

* General insurance (health, motor, property)

* Mutual funds – types, NAV, risk profiling

* SIP (Systematic Investment Plans) – benefits, compounding

* Bonds – government, corporate, NCDs, risk & returns

* Help trainees understand product comparisons, suitability, and financial goals.

* Provide assessments, feedback, and mentoring support.

Requirements and skills

* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics (MBA, CFP, NISM certified preferred).

* In-depth knowledge of insurance and investment products.

* Strong communication, public speaking, and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to break down complex topics into easy-to-understand lessons.

Experience :- minimum 6yr in the same sector
