Telesales - Fresher

As a Telesales - Fresher at our company in New Delhi, Barakhamba Road, your main responsibilities will include: - Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients. - Demonstrating good knowledge of Ms Excel. - Expanding the customer base through up-selling and cross-selling of products. - Responding to customer queries through various channels such as email, phone, and in-person interactions. - Handling both inbound and outbound calls efficiently. - Possessing knowledge of various financial products like Fixed Deposit, Mutual Funds, Bonds, Insurance, etc. - Resolving customer complaints promptly and effectively. - Keeping customers informed about the latest products to drive sales. - Handling queries and solving problems effectively. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 1 year of experience is preferred, but freshers are also encouraged to apply. Additionally, we are a Financial Services (Broking) company in the BFSI, Investments & Trading sector offering a full-time, permanent position.
