Telesales (Fresher)

As a Telesales Executive at our company, your role will involve building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients. You will be expected to have good knowledge of Ms Excel and all financial products such as Fixed Deposit, Mutual Funds, Bonds, Insurance, etc. Your responsibilities will include expanding the customer base through up-selling and cross-selling products, responding to customer queries through various channels, attending inbound and outbound calls, and coordinating with sales, underwriting, and claims departments to resolve issues. Additionally, you will be required to resolve customer complaints efficiently, keep customers updated on the latest products to increase sales, handle queries, and solve problems effectively.
