You are invited to join our team as a Bengali Telecaller for Ayurveda medicine products. As a dynamic and customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills in Bengali and a basic understanding of English, you will play a crucial role in handling inbound and outbound calls related to Ayurveda medicine sales. Your responsibilities will include assisting customers with queries, providing accurate information, and maintaining a professional approach to ensure customer satisfaction. Working closely with the team, you will aim to meet daily and monthly targets by following telesales scripts and guidelines. Key Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls related to Ayurveda medicine sales - Assist customers with queries regarding Ayurveda products and services - Provide accurate and timely information about Ayurveda medicine - Maintain a professional and customer-friendly approach - Follow telesales scripts and guidelines to ensure service quality - Maintain call logs and update customer records in the system - Work closely with the team to meet daily and monthly targets Required Skills & Qualifications: - Minimum Qualification: 12th pass or above - Languages: Fluency in Bengali is mandatory; basic understanding of English is required - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Basic knowledge of Ayurveda medicine and customer service is a plus - Ability to handle customer queries patiently and efficiently - Basic computer knowledge for data entry and call logging Experience: - Freshers and experienced candidates can apply - Prior experience in telesales, call centers, BPO, or Ayurveda medicine sales will be an advantage If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply now!,
