Job Description: You will be joining our telesales team for Ayurveda medicine products as a Bengali Telecaller. Your main responsibility will be handling inbound and outbound calls related to Ayurveda medicine sales. You will assist customers with their queries, provide accurate information about Ayurveda products and services, and ensure a professional and customer-friendly approach. Working closely with the team, you will follow telesales scripts and guidelines to meet daily and monthly targets. Key Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls related to Ayurveda medicine sales - Assist customers with queries regarding Ayurveda products and services - Provide accurate and timely information about Ayurveda medicine - Maintain a professional and customer-friendly approach - Follow telesales scripts and guidelines to ensure service quality - Maintain call logs and update customer records in the system - Work closely with the team to meet daily and monthly targets Required Skills & Qualifications: - Minimum Qualification: 12th pass or above - Languages: Fluency in Bengali is mandatory; basic understanding of English is required - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Basic knowledge of Ayurveda medicine and customer service is a plus - Ability to handle customer queries patiently and efficiently - Basic computer knowledge for data entry and call logging Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
