Job Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective clients interested in visa filing courses (Tourist visa filing,work $pr visa filing, visa filing). Explain services, eligibility, and visa process clearly to clients. Handle inbound inquiries professionally and convert leads into consultations or enrollments. Maintain and update CRM with follow-ups, status, and client details. Schedule and confirm appointments for counseling or documentation. Meet daily/weekly/monthly lead conversion targets. Provide excellent post-call support and customer service. Requirements Excellent communication and persuasion skills in Hindi & English. Prior experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service preferred. Basic knowledge of visas or willingness to learn quickly. Confident, enthusiastic, and self-motivated.
