Lead Management and Follow-Up: β—‹ Follow up on leads to nurture relationships and convert potential riders into active users. β—‹ Build and sustain strong relationships to maintain engagement and loyalty. 4. Target Achievement: β—‹ Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets. β—‹ Consistently strive to improve performance metrics and contribute to team goals.
