Role Overview
We are looking for a Presales Telesales Executive with at least one year of experience. The candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to handle customer interactions professionally. The role involves making outbound calls, qualifying leads, and supporting the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products or servicesQualify leads based on customer needs and interestFix appointments or product demonstrations for the sales teamFollow up on enquiries received through marketing campaignsMaintain accurate lead information in the CRMSupport the sales team by sharing product details and basic proposalsMeet monthly lead generation and conversion targetsBuild customer rapport and handle objections
Required Skills
Minimum one year experience in telesales, telecalling, presales, or inside salesGood communication skills in English and TamilBasic understanding of sales processesAbility to work with targets and deadlinesKnowledge of computer applications such as MS Office and CRM tools
