Position Description    Position Title:           Tele-Sales Executive   Reports To:              Sales Manager   CTC:                                                                              Accountabilities:   1.   To make outbound sales calls to new leads assigned by Tele-Marketing and existing customers.   2.   New leads to be converted thereby generating new business each month.   3.   Constantly up-sell and cross-sell products and services for both outbound and inbound business.   4.   Maintain and update identified customer’s opportunities on support systems.   5.   Use the necessary sales tools on calls to understand the customer’s business.   6.   To answer all customer enquiries regarding company services accurately, consistently, and with confidence. Provide information on prices, transit times, customs paperwork requirements, packaging, and sales questions.   7.   Provide a high level of service and professionalism taking into account the consideration that all prospects and customers have an express requirement, and are looking for instant and immediate action.   8.   Highlight opportunities and suggest solutions to improve procedures, technology, and service.   9.   Deal with all employees located in other departments and stations in a professional and co-operative manner at all times, and consistently strive to promote a positive team spirit.     Qualifications, Experience, Skills and Competencies:   Qualifications & Experience:   -         Graduate in any discipline. -         Minimum 1 year experience in the service industry, outbound call center industry, credit card selling, insurance selling and coaching/counselling experience is a plus with education institution. -         Working knowledge of windows operating systems. Knowledge of MS office is a must. High proficiency in MS Excel and Power Point will be most desirable. -             Skills:   -         Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English. -         Selling, negotiation & closing skills over the phone will be critical -         Good communication skills in Hindi. -         Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills. -         Excellent telephone etiquettes.     Competencies:   -         Co-ordination (With Internal & external touch points in order to accomplish tasks given) -         Focused on achieving individual targets. Ability to handle pressure. -         Relationship Skills (Internal as well as External) -         Influence (should be able to put across points convincingly, should be able to negotiate effectively and be able to gain commitment) -         Effective team player
