Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote Motorpedia's products and services.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicle options or services.
• Generate and qualify leads through effective communication.
• Follow up on customer inquiries and maintain a consistent sales pipeline.
• Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information in the CRM system.
• Provide excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to align on campaigns and promotions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales/customer service role (automotive sector experience is a plus).
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Persuasive and confident in making outbound sales calls.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a results-driven attitude.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain positive under pressure.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.
• Fluency in hindi & english
